HRM is not the richest, but has fame, recognition and respect and responsibility (Godly feeling). Marketing is dependent upon us, if we make as our routine or part of our life, then definitely it's the most the richest sector (M for Marketing = Money). While tourism is risky, with the advance in technology people are always looking for convenient and comfort (so if you're not up to the mark, you'll sink like Titanic).

Hello Akash, Best way of course is to do well in CET conducted by your state and get admission in your desired college. Else appear and get good ranking in any of the deemed to be Universities operating in Southern India, and get admission. You should take GMAT first. So yes, you can do MBA but first clear GMAT and try to have something to write in your CV or SOP.

If your college is NAAC accredited, then it's fine. It's excellent when there's an accreditation as it adds extra values to your profile.
