Candidates can check Karnataka PGCET result online through the user account and by entering the PGCET number. The result displays the rank and score of the candidate. KEA releases the result on the official website only. Hard copy of the Karnataka PGCET result or mark sheet is not sent to the candidates. They will have to take printouts of the mark sheet and preserve it till the counselling and admission process is over.

Yes, B.Sc (Hons.) in agriculture is offered at IFTM University .

The course is completed in 4 years. You can get admission only if you have completed your class 12th with at least 45% (40% for SC/ST) in PCM/ PCB/ Agriculture.

The fees of IFTM University is comparatively low and is affordable.

For B.Sc in Biotechnology the fee is 43,000 + 10,000 (examination fee) per year.

You will also get some discount according to your grades or percentage in class 12th. And yes scholarship is also available for students.

Yes, B.Sc in Biotechnology if offered at IFTM University in School of Biotechnology building. The course is completed in 3 years or 6 semesters. There are various subjects that are studied during this period. Some of them are enzymology, immunology, cell and molecular biology, chemistry, animal science, plant Science etc.

Various labs are also organised during this period for better learning of students by practical learning.

The food of the mess is very good and edible. A proper meal is served 3 times a day. There is a particular menu of each week. The food is tasty not as much as your mother cook but still is quite better from other places. On some special occasions some special dishes are also prepared.

In every semester there are 5-6 subjects with some credits. Students on the basis of their performance in semester exams secure grades and based on these grades their SGPA is calculated at the end of each semester. At the end of year an average of each semester or SGPA is calculated and CGPA is given or obtained.

The inter-se merit list is prepared by the exam conducting authority when two or more candidates secure the same marks or exact merit position. 

If a situation were to come then the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) would prepare the inter-se merit list for Karnataka PGCET based on the Total or aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying exam which in this case is the graduation degree.

If the marks are still equal then the age is taken into consideration and the preference is given to the older candidate over the younger one.

If someone missed the internal exams at IFTM University then they have to give an application mentioning a valid reason to the director of the department and then they can appear in the exams after getting permission from the director.

It is really very rare case that a student fails in the internal exams at IFTM University. The faculty make sure that no one fails in the exams they are very strict about this. But still if someone fails they need to reappear for the exams and they also have to pay some charges for this purpose.

For freshers, there are some tips which will help them in the University

  1. Attend classes regularly and try not bunk them.
  2. If you have any doubt clear it immediately with the teachers because the teachers are really very helpful and try to help everyone.
  3. Go and talk to your seniors, it will really help you as they know teachers and university better.
  4. Never argue with teachers especially the seniors ones.
  5. Try to take part in every event or competition.

There is a proper dress code for students at IFTM University. Every student must wear the uniform daily. However during some events or special occasion one can wear informals.

There is a black trouser and a sky blue shirt with a tie and white socks and black shoes. For girls who are not comfortable in wearing trauser and shirt they can get suit and salwar.

For law students white shirt and black trouser with black tie and white socks and black shoes.

Anyone can get direct admission in IFTM University. As there is no entrance exam. 

For admission in undergraduate programme one need to pass with minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) in 10+2.

For Masters programme one need to score minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) at UG level.

For doctoral programmes one need to score 45% at master's level.

For some courses the number of seats re limited and so it serves as first come first get.

College life at IFTM University is exciting and thrilling. There are many events held throughout the year which interests students to participate and enjoy. 

Some of the events are annual function, sports activities, fun mela, and many other. 

Competition are held time to time and any student can take part in them. 

Classes are regular and teachers taught well and make everyone understand everything.

IFTM University offers hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostels for boys and girls are separate and the student who is far away from college and can not travel daily can stay in the hostel. The hostel in University is very good and is spacious with every facility.

Not aware of any PGS or hostel outside of University.

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is responsible for the Karnataka PGCET 2023 results. KEA declared the Karnataka PGCET results on November 22, 2023. 

Candidates can follow the steps below to check the Karnataka PGCET 2023 result:

1st Step: Visit the official exam website of Karnataka PGCET, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea

2nd Step: Click on the 'Admissions' tab from the main menu.

3rd Step: From the drop-down, choose 'PGCET-2023'

4th Step: From the appearing window, click the Karnataka PGCET results link

5th Step: Enter the login credentials, including the PGCET number, followed by hitting the 'Submit' button.
