The penalty fee for leaving a BVSC course varies from college to college. However, it is around 50% of the total course fees. In some cases, the penalty fee may be even higher. The penalty fee is usually charged to cover the costs that the college has already incurred on your behalf, such as the cost of your tuition, hostel fees, and other expenses. If you are considering leaving a BVSc course, it is important to check with your college to find out what the penalty fee is.

Congratulations on your MHT CET exam results! While I can provide you with some general guidance, it's important to note that admission decisions are ultimately made by the college itself and can depend on various factors such as the number of seats available, the cutoff scores for each branch, and the overall competition among applicants.
A percentile score of 68% means that you have performed better than 68% of the total number of candidates who appeared for the MHT CET exam.
