You are absolutely on the right path of making your career as it is always advisable to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
Plus this work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment, as most companies would surely prefer an experience person over a fresher.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.

The duration for PG Diploma in Banking & Finance is 1 year full time. You will have to attend 3 to 5 hours of classes every day between 9 to 4 at TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance at New Delhi. No, Since 1996 UGC has banned all one sitting degree and such degree is invalid for higher education as well as for any public sector job. Private companies also do not accept such degrees and also for education abroad such degrees are not valid.
