Yes, LPU does require candidates to take LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) in order to apply for the B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) program, but candidates can also apply with valid CUET or NATA scores. Among these, the NATA is compulsory according to the Council's norms for all architecture courses in India (the NATA is conducted by the Council of Architecture).

Prepare for it from last year's sample papers, Arihant Publications book and McGraw Hill that costs nearly INR 900.

NYIT is not a university but an institute. Usually, people prefer university education.
