Hey,
There is no such cut-off.
After the admission procedure, they will tell you about the entrance exam and all the other things.
You just need to crack the entrance exam, and the interview and get admission.

It depends. PGDM is mainly for working professionals and MBA is for who do not work actively. Both have nearly same structure and demand in industry. This is a matter of choice. If you are working, then pursue PGDM, if you are not, then pursue MBA.

Yes, however, you shall not get many colleges to choose from. If you are a SC/ST candidate, above 45% is acceptable in general but for GENERAL class a minimum of 50% is required in most colleges.
