2. Also as mentioned on their web portal, study scholarships will be offered to meritorious students and students residing in rural areas. The decision of Brainware with regard to the number and extent of scholarships offered will be final.

An embedded system is a computer system designed to perform one or a few dedicated functions. Embedded systems are especially suited for use in transportation, fire safety, safety and security, medical applications and life critical systems as these systems can be isolated from hacking and thus be more reliable.
In order to pursue your masters, you can try in various universities in U.S. and U.K. where it is a very common course and a lot of universities offer it. Few good universities are SUSSEX, KENT, BIRMINGHAM, BRADFORD in U.K. and in U.S. University of Pennsylvania, George Mason University, University of California Irvine etc.
But as you have asked this question under Germany, I would like to say that though Germany is one of the countries known for technological advancements, embedded systems is a very rare course there. One of the university that you can look for in Germany is University of Kaiserslautern.
Some Universities offering a course related to it are:
Technische Universität München (University),
Braunschweig University of Technology,
Technische Universität München (University),
Kiel University of Applied Sciences,
University of Paderborn, etc.

Career Scope after B.Sc IT
One amongst the most chosen courses in India is the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) course. The job opportunities available for one who have completed his studies in this sector are numerous. This undergraduate level academic degree allows one to get a fundamental idea about the subject concerned.
Students of B.Sc also have the opportunity to get jobs with banks. But they will need to appear for the entrance test that is carried by each of the individual banks as to get recruited into the post they wish to enter.
Advise => After complition of your course you must go for master degree either Msc IT or MCA as per your interest. Master degree is always preferable and you have better opportunity of jobs as compared go Bsc IT.
Company's will prefare to give job to Btech CS students instead of Bsc IT students and you know numbers of Btech CS students are continuously increasing,
So think and make a wise decision.

IITs do not offer any lateral entry B.Tech course.
After diploma in mechanical engineering, you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year.
