Also I would like to say that education in Germany is a good option as it is govt. funded so you may have to give a very minimal fee ranging between 140- 500 euros.

-To become an automotive engineer :
1) You need to pursue Engineering degree/Diploma first with a strong base in Science and Mathematics.
2) After graduation you can go for M.E./M.Tech in Automobile engineering.
3) You may even opt for short/long term courses comprising of different levels such as designing, development or manufacturing with automotive. It depends on you where do you want to fit in.
