Yes you can do two degrees at same time one from regular and one from distance mode from IGNOU.
But it will give you lot of study pressure and hard to complete both at same time and remember also that exam dates can match . .
Advise => Think before making any decision because its better to do one degree with better percentage then two with bad percentage.
