Argus is user-friendly and where as arisg is little complicated and tideous tool to complete the work.
Most of the companies are upgrading from arisg to argus due to its simple and user friendly, for expediting the reports in timelines.

If you want to pursue MBA from IIM, then you need to qualify CAT exam. For other institutes, qualify CAT, XAT or CMAT exam. If you want to pursue MBA abroad, appear for GMAT exam.

This will depend on the shortlisting criteria each company lays down. A lot of companies place it at 60% in 10th, 12th and graduation. However, the criterion keep changing every year. Will you be placed in an MNC is a difficult question to answer. But, I can assure you that you will get a fair chance.
