I agree with MSK and Raj. In addition to the eligibility criteria for GRE, TOEFL scores as well as your Graduation scores, a lot depends on the Statement of Purpose which shows the admission committee why you would be interested in a particular course in a particular university.
Also, please decide on atleast 2-3 mentors/professors who would be able to write a good Letters of recommendations while applying to these universities.
Applying abroad for higher studies requires a lot of research and efforts.

If you are financially good i would say to opt for m tech after your grad.
you may think upon PHD by the time you finish your masters.
