Civil engineering can be considered as perpetually active branch. There are plenty of opportunities for jobs in this branch. Besides, one can start off as an entrepreneur also. So, my advice is to concentrate on studies and do not worry about Job prospects. Best wishes.

Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal polytechnic is one of the most well-known institute, and obviously many students prefer it over other colleges. Moreover, we must accept that in today's world, 70% marks are not much. For getting computers, one must be in 90 percentile. Your chances would have been better, if your percentage was above 80. However, do not loose hopes. Every year some new surprises do occur. Hence I would advise you to apply for this and wait & hope for the best.
Best wishes.
