Dear Ram, with your percentage you are good to go abroad. In any case, you will cross 70% after final year and you must ensure that. The best universities are in USA, UK and Germany for pursuing MS in Computer science. These are first world countries with crime under tight control with speedy trials which serve as deterrent to crime. USA has top colleges known as Ivy league colleges, open and friendly society and English being the primary language, it is easier for Indians to study there. 70% degree aggregate, good GRE and TOEFL score, all financial documents in order and during the VISA interview if you firmly indicate that you are going to come back and would not seek job there(although you may do so later); your passage to USA will be a done thing. My strong recommendation is to go for USA.

A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days. Also, after completion of the course, you can look for employment and if you get one then you can convert your 'students permit' to 'residence permit for gainful employment.

CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. R u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well. As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS
