Otherwise there are lot of other fields where u can make ur career in less amount of money as well as in less time as well. First u decide whether u like to go in technical line or Management line? If u want in technical line and u want some post graduation still u must have to get certified according with latest industry trends. If u choose Linux platform then ur current experience will also give u values. Otherwise ur present experience will get vanished. The post of a Company Secretary is to act as the mediator between the company and its Board of Directors, and the CS provides guidance to the Chairman and the Directors on how to make the best use of their responsibilities under various laws. The CA course is pursued by those who wish to pursue a career in financial accounting and auditing.
The admission to both the fields is mostly after graduation in any discipline, but candidates can enroll after passing their 10+2 in order to start the foundation course while candidates who have completed their graduation with 55% marks are enrolled directly.
A person can become CA after passing exams conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a candidate person can become a CS only after passing exams conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Candidates who have passed the course in CA can find employment in the fields of Finance, Corporate finance, Management consultancy, etc, whereas, CS can find employment in government accounts or law departments or can become a MD or Chairman of a Company and be a part of the Board of Directors of a Company.

How to Apply:-
The application forms will be available from each colleges under AMUPMDC, Candidates can directly collect by paying a DD of RS.500/ in favor of AMUPMDC, payable at Mumbai. Candidates are able to purchase application forms from certain branches of Punjab National Bank by paying Rs.500/-.The candidates have another option of sending a request along with the Demand Draft to the concerned Office and he can receive the application form in post.
