Hi,
Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers is an associate examination conducted by the Indian Institute of banking and finance (IIBF). It requires basic knowledge in Banking and Financial Services, Customer Relations, banking technology, accountancy and the other things which are necessary in carrying out the banks day-to-day activity.
JAIIB is a pre-qualification required to get entry in the banking industry. The eligibility is as follows:
-Member of the IIBF.
-Matriculation / SSC Exam & Existing employee of any bank in India.
The test conducted has following areas:

In order to pursue M.Phil in management you need to have master degree in arts, science, computer application and Management or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the field of study .
Minimum eligibility is 55% of marks or equivalent CGPA. However 5% relaxation is given to the candidates belonging to SC/ST.
The eligibility criteria for admission may vary from institute to institute.
