For getting admission in B.Com in Punjab university, you would need percentage between 80-90%. If you get percentage more than 85% then there are chances of your admission in first counselling in general category, otherwise you will have to appear in 2nd & 3rd counselling. But minimum percentage required for appear in counselling is 60%.

Environment for study is good. Library and computer labs are open till late night. Assignments and group tasks are also given on a weekly basis. With free wifi in the campus, and also faculties are available till the end of day for doubt clearance. I'd say the environment is very much there.

Yes, the course fee needs to be paid for complete 5 years, even if you drop this year. But you can get scholarships for B.Arch 1st and 2nd year and can continue with the course.

Almost all the colleges across India run an internship programme, however most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
