Some of the options that can be explored is to enroll your self for a B.Sc( pick up subjects which don't have geology, botany, zoology, physics, chemistry, etc). An Arts graduation in humanities, languages, history, geography, political science etc. can also be explored. The choice depends a lot on your interest level and career aspirations.

Hi, you must have already paid the fees for MBA first year. If you were not sure of doing it why did you took admission? But, if you are not at all interested in continuing it then discuss this openly with your family. If they are supporting you then you can leave MBA and start hunting for job. But, remember one thing, while giving job interviews you will have to tell the companies that why there is 1 year gap and why did you left MBA. So, be prepared accordingly.

Hi Rajesh,
Yes, doing a different course will help you building a career but only if you know what you want. What are your career plans? Make a plan and figure out and choose a course accordingly. You may not get entry into a high level job initially but if you are ready for a career change then go for it.
For MBA programs you will require work experience of 2-3 years. You must also submit a GMAT score. It is often not mandatory for a graduate diploma in New Zealand. As far as eligibility goes, it seems you are quite fit for NZ. Please check websites of some universities and communicate with them for admission related information.
