Frankly speaking I have not understood your query. Structural engineering is taught in undergraduate as well as as a specialist branch at the level of PG. Placements depends on many factors including the reputation of college and the students academics.

If you want to do MBA immediately after graduation then you can save money and get into a normal college, otherwise, if you are planning to gain experience, I would suggest you to try and get admission in Christ for BBA (regular). If you are hardworking and lucky, you can get good placement offers, which would be good for your career. Also, it prepares you in the best way which will help you in your MBA too.

Get all your mark sheets and go to your bank in which you have your account for more than 6 months. Keep all the address, birth, college proofs with you. They will tell you the further process.
