Some disadvantages (if you'd classify them as)
1) Annual fest isn't as popular or vast.
2) Comparatively less popular in non-corporate social circles.
3) No full trimester exchange programme.
4) Campus in DU (that can be distracting sometimes due too all the other activities happening).
5) Not all students stay together or in immediate lanes.

Unfortunately, there is not even a decent B-School anywhere in India where one can get admission with just 38 percentile in the MAT exam. And the ones you might get won't simply be worth enough to pursue MBA; turning out to be a total waste of both your precious time I.e. 2-years as well as money (in Lacs). I would suggest you to either reappear for MAT (or other exams as per your wish) next year or focus on the other upcoming exams like MBA CET. Good luck!
