It's hard to get into nlu but still you can participate in counselling round and also search for other private colleges which are good for law, at the same time you can fill form for other exams like SLAT blat, MHT CET and many more.

Well, the answer will be 50:50.Because at this rank, you will not able to get into NLU but you can get into NLU Assam through state Domicle reservation, but it totally depends how many candidates from Assam secure higher rank than you and opted NLU Assam. You must participate in counselling session you might be able to get admission in NLU Assam or has a vacant seat.

According to your rank, you may able to get NLU Sonipat, from past year's data Student AIR 4000+ Under OBC rank got the NLU Sonipat in 4th Merit list. You must participate in counselling session as NLU Sonipat, HPNLU are possible NLU where you can get the admission. You should participate in a counselling session and wait upto last merit list for All NLU. Else you may can wait for vacant seat in NLU. As last 5 year cutoff shows that around under 2500 rank in EWS category easily getting any NLU of 2nd tier like NLU Sonipat, HPNLU etc. 21.75 is too low to get any NLU, you must score around 80+ for securing NLU.

The final college cut-off is decided by the board committee (selection committee) of college.
Aspirants are required to obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in NEET 2022 entrance examination in order to qualify for further admission process.
Candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC are required to obtain marks equivalent to at least 40 percentile to be considered for AIQ and state counselling process.
Aspirants who belong to the UR category are required to score equivalent to at least 50th
percentile
And this criteria is completely same for academic year 2023 also
