Hi Arpit, You can definitely go for MBA or PGDM at this point of time. Frankly if we see the average job growth at TCS or Infosys or such companies - You get an increment of 15-30% every year. By the time you graduate in two years with an MBA you would easily have an average of 5-7 lacs pa and a management position in the organisation. Looking from another perspective - if you join any MNC after a certain period of time you will need and MBA or PGDM to move higher up the ladder.
So in that sense, I suggest to go for an MBA.
