This basically depends on your approach towards things. If you feel that you are optimistic enough, try to give some real life example which shows that you have this quality.

IIM Ahmedabad does not have a CAT percentile cutoff score. They have started a system of composite score where all the inputs like 10th marks, 12th marks, UG percentage, etc are used. Then an overall score cutoff is calculated. This method has certain advantages like, if you have not done really well in 10th or 12th, you can compensate that by doing really good in CAT. Here are two links that will give you detailed information about cutoffs and selection criteria. http://www.iimahd.ernet.in/programmes/admission-details/admission-procedure-for-pgp-2016-18-batch.html http://www.iimahd.ernet.in/users/admission/files/Shortlisting Criteria

Psychometric questions deal with your behavior, attitude and thought process in different situations. On a scale of strongly disagree to strongly agree you need to mark where do you think you lie. They are very easy questions ,the only tip i would give is be honest in the psychometric test and you are good to go.
Hope this helps.
