Hi Namitha,
It takes a year to prepare a good application. Admission rounds in universities starts from September till November or December, if you want to study in 2020, you must submit the applications in 2019. If you are also aiming for scholarships apply early. Colleges however have extended deadlines. Visit university websites, check their admission pages to know about their timetables etc. Email them for direct queries.

Hi Varinder,
Firstly decide where to do your Ph.D. You must visit university websites to learn about probable Ph.D programmes in your area. There is no general answer to your question, but the best thing to do is research. Identify best universities offering Ph.D programmes in your area. Write to them. Take GRE if required.

Hi, you may choose a Bachelor's degree programme in Kinesiology. Most Kinesiology courses have majors or concentration in Exercise Science, Fitness Leadership, and Exercise Bioenergetics etc. There are UG programs in Health and Recreation too but I think Kinesiology covers almost every aspect. Choose what interests you most. See The University of Alabama at Birmingham, George Mason University, Texas State University, DePaul University and many more.

Hi,
Your percentage is very less but do not worry. There are some top universities where you can get admission easily. I hope you have heard about Amity University. You know Amity is a brand name where you can attend exams online, you get live and recorded lectures directly from the university on weekends usually. All the best.
