Hi,
Yes you can retake the GRE again anytime before JULY. Post JULY, you would not be able to give the old pattern.
To get a seat in a university in USA, you have to apply 1 year before the commencement of the program i.e. if the program starts in September 2012, you have to apply maximum by December 2011-January 2012. Admission usually open in August/September.

There is no set syllabus or books which you can follow for fashion designing Entrance examination. Generally the Entrance Examinations for fashion designing programs would test you on your proficiency in perception, illustration, drawing visualization, color etc. However, some Institutes like Pearl academy would test you on proficiency in language (comprehension, vocabulary and expression), mathematics of 10th standard, logic etc. through GPT (General Proficiency Test). Hi SHUVANKAR THERE is no educational qualification required to become radio jockey however most of the radiostations demands degree from candidates in any stream even if you have passed 12th exam you can become radio jockey there is some private radiostations which appoints 12th paas candidates as radiojockey but these are not enough you have to be smart personalitty with excellent communication skills you have to give auditions for it you can contact progrraming head of any radiostation he will take your audition if he likes your skills you will get this job.all the best and take care.

In UPSC their are two stages that you need to clear- CSAT exam and main exam. The minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the eligibility age is from 21-30yrs. For your preparation I would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation.
