Hi,
US is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters degree, there are many good and top ranked universities in US, which offers MS degree in various fields, such as:
Electrical engineering.
Mechanical engineering.

In order to pursue MS degree from universities in USA, you need to take below mentioned tests:
1.GRE.
2.TOEFL.
GRE is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MS degree in science/engineering fields form universities in Germany,USA,Canada and many more countries.
As the medium of education in US universities is english so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take TOEFL test to prove their english language proficiency.

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and ranked universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%- 70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
