CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. In Delhi there are 4 Great Institutions for Engineering. These are IIT, DTU, NSIT-DU & JMI. Moreover, if you you are interested at any level then besides B E or B Tech you can go for BTE-DELHI's polytechnic institutions to pursue diploma level qualification in Civil Engineering. The best option is to try for DTU & IIT Delhi. But the best option for you is decided on the basis of your performance and thus your performance will decide whether you get a seat or not. Yes, you may surely pursue masters degree from universities in Germany, please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
