Dear Nanda,
Letter of Recommendation for MBA is required. However, most of the university ask for 2 (or max 3) letters. One letter you can submit from your college's professor and other two letters from the company where you have worked. Make sure that your LOR is genuine. Don't write your letter by your own.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

It basically depends on the number of vacant seats in that college. Sometimes even a higher rank student will not be able to get this branch. Generally, under 150 rank is desired.

Hi Nanda Kumar,
There are some colleges accepting freshers but may not be as good or competitive. There is no guarantee that doing an MBA in Canada will also fetch you a job. You have to get things right such as getting into a good university and performing well academically. However, check NYIT, BCIT and VIU. Please contact them and dig deeper into details like internships, co-op, industrial tie-ups etc. Also you have to be determined about your academic consistency. Alternatively you may consider PGDM or Graduate Certificates from SPP colleges to avail 2-3 year work permit only on successful completion of the course.
