Can you please mention which state are you from and which branch do u need? If you won't prefer state and branch, for your rank I will suggest some of the colleges that I noticed are SRM Andhra Pradesh, KLU Andhra Pradesh, CU, vasavi college Telangana. There are only few colleges for JEE Main consideration as your rank is so high.

I think you should develop interest in Biotech Engineering as you are already enrolled into it. If you are in first year of the course, please find out if there is an option of sliding the branch in 2nd year in your college. Also check what are the criteria for changing branch. If we looked at the overall rankings of these institutes, Welingkar &get; SIES &get; Dalmia &get; Chetana. So, Welingkar would be your first preference.
