As you plan to pursue Masters in Pharmacy, the minimum educational requirement is to have completed B.Pharm from a good and well recognized institute, with a minimum of 60% attained in B.Pharm.

Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA abroad, pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
