As you plan to pursue Masters in Pharmacy, the minimum educational requirement is to have completed B.Pharm from a good and well recognized institute, with a minimum of 60% attained in B.Pharm.
For admission, the criteria is to qualify an entrance exam conducted by the institution or the ones like GPAT and based on which the shortlisting take place,

You must pursue B.E. Computer Science engineering through lateral entry scheme, directly in to 2nd year. Doing B.Sc. or BCA after diploma is waste of time and your status will not improve at all.

Hi,
Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA abroad, pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.

@Aneeket: Thanks for inviting me. Well, apart from what Aru said, I'd say that Language Experts are highly in demand today due to Globalization. I don't know much about Japanese Language but Chinese Language Experts are highly in demand. Being the toughest language of world there's been always a lack of Chinese Language Experts. Pursuing MBA is always a good option as it further enhances the career prospects, its a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
