The basic criteria for MA in Mass Comm is graduation in any filed (though Mass Comm will give you an edge over other aspirants). As for admissions, Few good colleges like IIMC, XIC, MICA etc. conduct their own entrance exams.

Hi Maniesh, to help you, Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering is one of the most challenging fields of engineering with wide scope for growth.
The basic eligibility is +2 or equivalent with PCM. One must also pass the qualifying exam IIT-JEE. As such there is no physical criteria mentioned.
