Hey! First off, congrats on passing your 12th- big step! Now that you are looking at Computer Science Engineering, the first suggestion I'd give is to try cracking JEE and aim for IITs or NITs. These are among the top institutions in India for CSE, known for world-class education, cutting-edhe research, and amazing placements.
But hey, don't worry if that doesn't work out - you've still got some grear options! One private university that's actually matching IIT/NIT standards in terms of education and industry exposure is Chandigarh University (CU).

You may look for the courses here for both places by filtering your choice. While most of the institutes like MICA hv gone global in their approach you have the option of finding international exchange programmes yourself also depending on what area you would like to. There are internships also available.

These are the best in providing animation and VFX courses. Go and council the courses as per your budget and time.
