B.Com (Hons) in SXCKOL has eligibility criteria. According to that, a candidate applying for honours course must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks with 45% marks in at least four subjects including English and Maths/Business Maths/Statistics and must have passed in all subjects as per the respective board/council pass marks.
For applying to B.Com, Maths / Business Maths / Statistics is compulsory in HSC.

B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce. It is a 3 year long graduation programme. Usually, it is Commerce stream students who choose this course after 12th standard schooling. But technically, even Science, as well as Arts stream students, are eligible to pursue this course!

For pursuing the B.P.T program, the candidates need to clear the 12th standard. They should have obtained at least 50% of marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry including practical. For B.Tech in CS, you appear for JEE Mains and Advanced (for seat in IIT) or state JEE after +2 Science with PCM. Some renowned private universities conduct there own entrance exam for admission in B.Tech like KIIT, VIT, etc. For admission in B.Sc. in CS where admission is based on +2 result, you are to contact your preferred college for their admission eligibility criteria or visit their sites. You have not mentioned anything about yourself. Why break after graduation? Normally for M Sc you would need to have done B.Sc. I suggest have a look at the different courses offered by IGNOU. I think this is best solution for you.
