If you want to go for government college like IIT IIIT, NIT then go for GATE exam, which is for the admission for M.Tech in these colleges. The application procedure starts from September or October and the exam will be conducted in January or February. If you will qualify this with the good score, then you will easily get these college. Also, you have benefits to get job in PSU. They gave the GATE candidate a priority in job vacancies. Now admission procedure for private college depend upon college to college. One college may start application in MAY or another can start in the month of June even. So you have to search your own in NET to check the admission procedure. Best of luck. Eligibility Criteria:
There are 2 levels at which Bachelor of Physical Education course is offered which are as below:
- B.P.Ed 1 year course
- B.P.Ed 3-4 year course
B. P. Ed 1 year course: B.P.Ed with 1 year course requires a pass degree in Graduation with at least 50% marks along with participation in sports. The participation must be within the last three years of admission year. Age of the candidate should not be more than 25 years. Admissions are done through an entrance examination. Both men and women are eligible for admission. However, in most institutes, married women are not eligible for admission to this course. B.P.Ed 3-4 year course: B.P.Ed with 3-4 years requires a candidate to have passed 10+2 degree from a recognised board in any stream. The university advertises about research openings in specific areas and you can apply for a specific field, if your qualifications match. (If you know some of the faculty in the specific field, you are better informed about supervisors, openings etc. )
Each of the registered supervisors for doctoral work will have a limited no of openings, as per the university regulations. A few universities conduct a pre-PhD exam for aspirants before admission of students, while a few others conduct the same exam after admission. The pre-PhD exam generally consists of questions on maths statistics and the specific area or field in which the student aspiers do the doctoral work. Normally, selected student works under the guidance of a supervisor for a minimum period of two years or four semesters, and they need to pay the semester/ year fees till they submit a thesis on the subject area.
