If you can attempt GRE again, universities will evaluate every aspect of your profile including your extracurricular activities, projects, seminars, etc. You have to be strategic and understand what your strengths are which you have written on your application.

Go and take admission in Thakur College of Engineering and Technology. Even their fees is high as compared to others but the facilities they provide are well and good.
