Job prospects are available in various areas like programming, networking, system administration etc. There are many companies which specialize in these areas like WIPRO, TCS etc. But the scope is not limited to the IT companies. Most organizations whether big or small nowadays will have requirements in the IT sections. These include Banking sector, Telecommunication sector, Dairy Sector etc. The private firms may up to 20,000 per month.
In government sector, you have options like working for the Petroleum sector like ONGC, Bharat Petroleum or to work for Telecom Sector BSNL, MTNL etc. You can also try jobs under various ministries, for this you need to pass certain entrance exams or PSC tests conducted by the government. The initial salary can be upto Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Many software and oil industries abroad recruit graduates in computer application. These companies pay the graduates with very high salaries. They can earn upto Rs.50,000/- per month in initial stage itself.

As per your profile pursuing masters degree would be the best option for you, however the duration of masters program in Canadian universities may vary from 1.5 years to 2 years.
You may consider UK for pursuing masters degree, as the duration of masters degree in UK is 1 year.
If you want to work in Canada after you graduate from your studies, you must apply for a work permit under the Post-Graduation Work Permit Program.
A work permit under the Post-Graduation Work Permit Program may be issued for the length of the study program, up to a maximum of three years.
