Yes you can pursue MBA in IT, in order to pursue this course you need to be graduate in any stream from a recognized university with 50% marks.
However graduates in IT/Computer Science/Computer Application; or in engineering or with IT related experience are preferred.
So if you wish to build your career exclusively in the field of IT sector only then you may opt for this course, however if you wish to keep your scope open for other sectors as well then you may opt for general MBA.

Your score is very low to get you any good college so would suggest you to either re-appear for the next or look for other entrance exams for M.C.A program.
