The total investment for the completion of 2 years PGDM Program at ICBM-SBE is 3.95 Lakhs, right from the Registration to Convocation.
The detailed fee structure is:
Total Fee if paid in one installment - Rs. 3,80,000/- which includes Registration Fee, Tuition Fee, Laptop, Uniform, Study Materials, Online Library, Personality Development Fee, Seminars, Industrial Visits, Placement Training, Campus Placements, Project Guidance, Project Submission, English Language & Foreign Language Training, Medical Insurance, Mentorship.
If paid in two installments - Rs. 4,00,000/-
Ist installment fee to be paid on or before of the commencement of the 1st trimester classes (i.e. 1st June, 2014) - Rs. 2, 00,000 includes Registration and Admission Fee of Rs. 25,000/-.
2nd Installment to be paid on or before 15th April, 2015 - Rs.2,00,000
Examination fee per trimester - Rs. 1,000
Project and Viva Voce (In the 6th Trimester Only) - Rs. 5,000
Convocation Fee - Rs. 5,000
Hostel Fee per year - Rs. 60,000

If you are studying in the 1st year of engineering course and want to change the branch after completing 1st year of engineering i.e in the 2nd year then you can change the branch in 2nd year if your CGPA in the first year is minimum 8.5 or above and there are no backlog in any paper of 1st year. If you satisfy the above eligibility criteria then you can change the branch after completing 1st year of engineering.
However, I would request you to contact your Head of Department regarding the procedure set forth by the college.

Yes, you can indeed join Bsc. CS but again you have to dedicate 3 yrs towards the course. hence, would recommend that you take up the exam in 2016, while you can simultaneously prepare for your IAS exam.
Difference Between BTech / B.E and BSc:-
B.Tech. is a professional Bachelors' degree program whereas B.Sc. is only an academic Science graduation course. B Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology whereas B.Sc. is Bachelor of Science. Since B Tech is an engineering graduation, B Tech students have to study the vast techniques involved in a particular subject. They have to study about the processes involved in designing new instruments, techniques or programs, which comes under their field of study. On the contrary, B.Sc. graduates may have to study the working principles about an instrument or a process that is included in their curriculum.
Duration of B Tech and B.Sc. programs:-
Although both these are graduation programs, B Tech is a four year duration course. Aspirants can complete the B.Sc. programs within three years. Engineering colleges offer the B Tech programs whereas aspirants have to pursue the B.Sc. programs from Science and Arts colleges.
Key differentiators:-
Even if B Tech and B.Sc. graduates have taken same specializations, B Tech students may have in depth knowledge about the construction, designing and other internal mechanisms concerned with a subject. However, B.Sc. students may only know about the theoretical and practical applications of the instruments, equipments or processes in their field of study.
