You must go for psychology as primarily HR has evolved from sociology and psychology. Hence people with a bachelors in such fields have an edge over other students pursuing HR as their PG course.

Hi. Dropping a year requires a lot of conviction, guts and focussed mind to succeed at the end. Drop only if you have no other good option available. And if you decide to drop, make sure you land in a very good college so that you can explain this decision to companies or admission officers in future if you plan to do masters.

hello friend,
i can help you.
See, BBA- it is a 3 year degree with 6 semesters.
CAT- It is a test for MBA admission.I think that you need 6 months to 1 year for preparations.
MBA- you are saying that you want to do it from IIM. IIM don't offer any MBA course. But don't be sad, because it offers PGPM(post graduate programme of management) which is similar to MBA.
It is a 2 year programme.
SO, 3 Yrs of BBA, 1 Yr of CAT preparations, and 2 Yrs of PGPM = 6 years.
NOTE: You have to pass CAT with good percents, than only you can get admission.
The 2 yrs duration of MBA is equal in every institution.
It is very difficult to get addmited in IIMs.
So bes

Both are not good. Although TISS started MA in social Entrepreneurship and TISS is a reputed institute in India for social work, it has not got so much reputation for its social Entrepreneurship. same is case with its LLM program and in other hand I don't think ISB offers social Entrepreneurship course. A better suggestion for you to join a social sector organisation and after 2 years experience, enroll in MBA Social Entrepreneurship part time program of NMIMS as it offers lot of scope from presentation skills to case study, faculty from industry and from different sector. scan my blog blog.simplycareer.net for more details including r

at 1st you have to narrow down which exams you are going to give. then on your score you will get colleges then from these following colleges you will come to know which colleges have better placement. IIT's are top most institute in India with best placement but for that you have to crack their entrance exam which is very difficult. also there are DIM institutes like ICT and BITS with awesome placements. some institutes offers BE rather than B.Tech but have great placements.
