Your admission to an nit never depends on your advanced scores. You can seek admission to any nit without writing JEE Advanced also.
But, if you have scored more marks you can get good NITs.
Your rank is good but it is not enough to get the best NITs.
You can apply for counselling through www.josaa.nic.in. Only after the JEE Advanced exam concludes.
All the best!

Your percentage is not that good but your aggregate marks in PCM out of 200 only matters for your admission. It is called cut off marks.
So, if your cut off is 195 or above out of 200 then you may get admission .

With a score of 50 marks, his rank will be around 2,75,000. So, only three NITs have the closing ranks in that range. They are nit Sikkim, Mizoram and Aizawal.
I think, it is not worthy to study there as they are not part of the best NITs but if you want to study in an NIT, they are the only option. Try to get some IIITs or GFTIs.
You can apply for counselling through www.josaa.nic.in .
The official closing ranks for each nit will be released later.
All the best!
