Yes, in LPU you can pursue a Master's degree in mass communication and journalism (MA in Journalism and Mass Communication) after completing BA with English as majors. All you need to have is 50% marks and all clear result in Bachelors.

You cannot do MBA unless you are a graduate and diploma holders (only engineering diploma of 3 years approved by state board of technical education) are equivalent to 10+2 hence you are eligible for BE B Tech or BCA, B.Sc computer Science and other graduation.

Many universities in Russia arrange for MCI coaching sessions at the university.
There are not many private coaching options for MCI coaching in Russia.
