Hi Aditya, Instead of looking at whether the course is offered in a private college or not, look at what the university/college has to offer (e. g. curriculum, industry connect/placements, experiential learning, opportunity to learn across disciplines etc. ). If this is in line with what you are looking for your career, then that is the best for you
As far as good universities/institutes for B.J. M. C. is concerned, here's a few you can consider

It depends on your percentile. VNIT Nagpur - Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagar Yuwak Shikshan Sanstha, G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur etc. are some of the good colleges in Nagpur.
