Other state candidates can not apply to TNEA, but it may be applicable if this condition satisfied. Other state candidates who have studied from Class VIII to Class XII in Tamil Nadu can also apply for TNEA 2019.

Yes, you are eligible according to this rule one should have completed degree in (BE/B.Tech) aeronautical engineering or any other equivalent branches of engineering.
