The basic eligibility criteria of B.Tech courses of government colleges is 12th with PCM+ JEE Main scores. Hence, for doing B.Tech courses from Government colleges you should have passed/ appeared in 12th. After doing 10th, you can take admission in 11th in government colleges located in your District also.
