See IITTM Gwalior, is the Head office of all the IITTM campuses,
If you are comfortable with the connectivity of the city then your most welcome.
And IITTM Gwalior campus is having it brand value in the market and it's the older player in the market,
And Goa campus is just starting this year, the nodal officer of Goa campus is good, and knowledgeable, hope the faculties will also(as I have not interacted with faculties).
And this year the curriculum is similar to all the IITTM campus according to the stream of course.
I can only suggest you to choose the Gwalior or Noida center.

A Chemical Engineering student or a fresher can earn a stipend of around Rs 20,000 in well known organisations. The average pay scale of the Chemical Engineers is around Rs. 4.8 Lakhs. The salary of a Chemical Engineer ranges from Rs. 2 Lakhs to 12.05 Lakhs yearly. He is also entitled to other allowances and perks.
A Chemical Engineer at the entry Level can get paid somewhere between Rs.20,000 to 62,000 per month in a public sector organisation. Whereas in private sector, the engineer can earn between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 1 Lakh per month. The salary keeps increasing according to the work experience the employee gains. In Private sector, if the engineer has experience of 10-15 years, he can earn salary upto Rs. 2 Lakhs per month.
