No, the salary structure not solely depends on if you are Ph.D or not, because Senior Scientists and Junior Scientists both are Ph.D holders. The salary structure depends upon other factors too like; your Organization, your Research field (area of expertise), your industrial experience, most importantly your patents or IPs, how successful your thesis was, the scalability or potentialities in that sector. Hi,
MFM is better. Yes, MBA is also good, but with MBA you cannot study fashion. Whereas, in MFM Masters in fashion management, you will learn a lot about fashion. And, as per knowledge aspect MFM would be best. But, salary wise MBA is good. Choice is yours, but I would suggest MFM, as when you finish the course you have chance of becoming an entrepreneur.
