MPPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.

Eligibility : MPPSC
1) Nationality : The candidate must be a citizen or India.
2) Educational qualification :
- Degree of any of the universities recognized by the government of Madhya Pradesh.
- Professional and technical qualifications which are recognized by the State Government as equivalent to professional and technical.
3) Age :
- A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st January next following the date of commencement of the competitive examination.
- State Government may vary the lower and upper age limits for any of the services at certain times.

If you check out that there are so many college and deemed university in India and in all deemed or private university many students are there becasue they can increase number of seats depend on admission , so it is not possible there to give placement to all students , today no college or universality gives 100% placement. they can only provide you platform they can only arrange some number of test or interviews for you , if you check if there is 2000 admission in one batch then there is hardly 25-30 percent get placed from campus and all others get placed their own efforts , so best thing you have to be strong in all way like in academic record , good communication , good confidence
