No, NEET, BAMS and BHMS entrance exams do not have exactly the same syllabus. Here's why:

- BAMS and BHMS might have additional topics: These exams might include additional topics specific to Ayurveda or Homeopathy, respectively.
However, there's a significant overlap in the syllabus, especially in Biology:
