Yes ! You can apply for NDA April 2017 as well as you can also apply for this year NDA which may be held in September 2016.
For NDA you should have Physics & Maths in your class 12th.
Appearing in 12th class or Completed your 12th class NDA allows to both students to apply.
You can apply for NDA through UPSC websites.
According to me you should apply this year exam too.

BIM Trichy MBA Admission Selection Criteria 2016:-
CAT 2015 Scores are used for shortlisting candidates who apply for admission to BIM.
