Hi Rahul, ISME is an AICTE approved institute providing PGDM and BBA course. It also has LSE program where top 3 students of PGDM will get the chance to be a part of student exchange program. The student will go to London School of Economics Institute for a duration of 6 months. The fee structure is Rs 5.75 lakhs. Incampus hostel is available. You have scored very good marks in your 12th because of that, you can GATE admission for B.Com. I would like to suggest you one thing that with B.Com try to do some other things like CA CS or CMA.

Since the cut-off for ST category students for JEE Mains 2017 is 27, you have passed it but the score is not very good. You may use the college predictor for JEE Mains which may suggest some colleges for you:

But, I think, you may not get a top NIT and have medium chances of getting an NIT.

There is no difference of placement or teaching staff whatsoever. The only difference is of the name and building. Both provide excellent facilities to its students.

You can't take admission in government colleges without it.
