For the first round of counselling, the all India ranks till 778 only were called under stream 2 and the Tamil Nadu ranks till 450 (around) were only called. So, in the second and third round counselling, the AIR till 2000 or 3000 will only be called and TNR ranks till a maximum of 1500 could be called. The 3 rd round counselling has been opened at www.sastra.edu, with that you may check whether you have chances in the 3rd round counselling or not. I think with the TNR rank you might get chances for 3 rd round counselling.
