You need to check your Certificate and Institute from which you did your PGDM. If the Institute is not under AIU, then you will not be eligible for Ph.D. You then need to have compulsorily a Masters degree by status and recognition for applying for Ph.D.

Admission for BCA 2021 has already begun, and sessions at Amity University Mumbai have begun. BCA does not need an admission test. However, in order to get admitted, you must first pass an interview and be eligible.
10+2 with Maths / Computer Science / Information Practice / Computer Applications / Multimedia & Web Technology / Data Management Application / Web Application is required.
If you haven't already applied, I strongly advise you to do so as soon as possible because lessons have already begun.
